2.  Enhancement of Jimmy Ball Flora Reserve – planting and weed control – $1,875, Mount Alexander Shire Community and Environment Grant – ONE MORE PLANTING THIS WINTER

3.  Weed management of Old Calder Highway – contracted weed control – $2,200, Connecting Country grant – COMPLETED

4.  Restoration and enhancement of Railway Road Reserve – fencing and weed control – $3,200, Connecting Country grant – COMPLETED

5.  Elphinstone Arboretum – establishment of an indigenous plant reserve – $2,160 – Elphinstone Community Association via the Mount Alexander Shire Council – COMPLETED

6.  West property – Elphinstone Small Stream Enhancement and Demonstration Site – $825 – Second Generation Landcare Grant administered by the North Central Catchment Management Authority – COMPLETED

7. Weed Mapping and Management – Strengthening our Community Grant – $2,872 – Mount Alexander Shire Council – COMPLETED

8.  Info Session and recruitment drive for Landcare in Elphinstone – promoting Landcare and encouraging new members – $1,600, Department of Sustainability and Environment – COMPLETED

9. Elphinstone Arboretum - 25th Anniversay Landcare Grant - planting, maintenance, opening
