About ELMA

The Elphinstone Land Management Association is known as E.L.M.A.  ELMA is a landcare group in Elphinstone, in central Victoria, just outside of Castlemaine.  This group of volunteers work on public and private land to enhance biodiversity, carry out land restoration, offer advice on best practice land use, and to manage pest plants and animals.  ELMA is a member of the VFF’s Farm Tree and Landcare Association (FTLA).

This document is great in setting out exactly HOW ELMA functions. If only other community groups were as focussed and knowledgeable about their internal operations. Well done Beth
